Why Sting and Darby Allin should face the Young Bucks at All Out 2021

First things first yes, I know Sting is 62 years of age and yes, I know he has a history of neck injuries that had thought to end his career. I am in no way saying that the young bucks should do a Meltzer driver on sting through a table. What I am saying is Sting looked like a million bucks in his match against Ethan Page & Scorpio Sky and could have at least one more match to end his career on his terms. I really think the best opponent or opponents to have his final match in wrestling should be him and Darby Allin vs The Young Bucks.

The Young Bucks have been the most consistent performers in AEW since day 1. They have had classic match after classic match. Seeing them getting in the ring with Sting would obviously be a dream, but even them getting in the ring with Darby is something that has yet to happen in AEW and would surely be a home run. It could even open the door to a potential Darby vs Omega match another feud that would be new and exciting for AEW.

Of course, there will always be people who say Sting would never be able to keep up with the Young Bucks inside the ring. Recently I have noticed in the last few Young Bucks matches they have been taking a slower approach in the ring to play up their heel personas. So, if they had to slow the match down a tad when Sting is in the ring and work at a pace that would help him more, I don’t think it would be glaringly obvious or out of character for them. With that being said I still think Sting can go just fine in the ring and can go at a high pace if he needs to.

AEW always likes to make their PPVs full of the biggest possible matches they can possibly make at the time. Sting and Darby Allin have featured as a team on the past two PPV against Team Taz and Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page and both matches have been classics in my opinion. I don’t think Sting and Darby Allin should win the tag tittles, but I think the crowd would surly buy in and really want them to which would be great for the Young Bucks as heels. If AEW really wanted to blow the roof off there first PPV crowd back on the road in Chicago I really feel like this would be the match to do it.
